Violet Hour Fashion follows the slow fashion movement and produces most items when ordered. Please allow 1-4 business days for your item/s to ship. If your order contains more than 5 items, there is a possibility we will contact you with an extended ship date. By making your item/s to order, we are able to support economic growth, while not adding to global apparel waste. Thank you for being patient while your item is sewn!
Currently, the Violet Hour uses 2 shipping methods to the USA only:
USPS Priority Mail, 1-3 Days
USPS Priority Express Mail, 1 Day
This service includes tracking and insurance if damaged or lost by USPS. We are not responsible for delivered items that are unable to be located or have been stolen. Please have your item shipped to a location where you can securely accept it.
The Violet Hour sleepwear is about ending your day comfortably. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will accept an exchange or a return. All feedback regarding your exchange/return will be examined, and if any continual quality issues are present in the apparel we will take appropriate actions.
If an exchange is requested for sizing reasons, we will be happy to work with you to find a size that will fit you better.
You have 21 days to request an exchange or a return from the date you received the item. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange/return authorization. An authorization email will be sent back to you within 3 business days with detailed exchange/return instructions. All items must be returned in new, unwashed and unworn condition in original packaging. If the item is damaged or deemed used when received, we have the right to refuse any return/exchange.
You are responsible for return shipping for an exchange or a return. You can return the item with your preferred shipping method (ie. USPS, UPS, FedEx). We suggest insuring your package with tracking, as we are not liable for lost packages. Your exchange/return must be postmarked within 5 days of the email approval or it will not be accepted when received.
We do not refund original shipping costs of the item when exchanged/returned. If the item has a quality issue and is defective, we will refund the original shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label to return the item.
Once you exchange/return is received at our facilities, we will process the refund or exchange in 5 business days. Please allow up to 2-3 days for the refund to clear in your account.
